Actually I do not know much about the amount of spam coming through this 
or other mailing lists as policyd-weight and crm114 get rid of almost all 
spams that asocial people and captured computers fire at my mail server.

policyd-weight - almost with standard settings - blocks most of them at 
the SMTP level and crm114 gets rid of almost any that pass the first line 
of defence.
