Where are the below entries coming from? Are they appearing when you run 
something, are they log files...? I can't see them nowhere under 
"/var/log/*" in wheezy.

They're ("pcm.c" and "pcm_dmix.c") files from alsa sources:

Do you have a customized "~/.asoundrc" file? Google seems to point to 
there. If yes try by renaming it (to use the default settings) and 
relogin.
