JavaScript support from the CLI / TUI is a major lacuna. Elinks
supposedly has some support, but I don't know much about this, and ISTR
that Debian may have disabled it due to bugginess.

You can try to see if you can do something with standalone
SpiderMonkey (check out Debian package spidermorkey-bin).
