Sorry I can't remember the exact name of the theme.
Nuvola is created by the same designer as Oxygen - I prefer it to Oxygen and use it on all our builds - keeps the aesthetics happy and it's high contrast and easy to see for squinters like me. The Thunderbird theme is an unofficial Nuvola. NOTE: Nuvola theme is available for xfce, and it's one of the most complete icon themes available.
