The latest version of the PLplot (http://plplot.sf.net) packages available in Debian unstable has been back-ported to the Debian woody distribution. The apt-getable repository is at the following URL:
http://people.debian.org/~rafael/plplot-woody
Although these are not official packages, bug reports can be filed using the
Debian Bug Tracking System.
