try find options about big memory, PAE in the BIOS, it seems to me that
It's just compatible problems.

Does squeeze have both the bigmem and PAE kernel in the source? To my
understanding they should be for the same situation, but I don't have
squeeze to confirm.  If there are, you can try both.
