This is the list of files in the package: http://packages.debian.org/wheezy/all/python-eyed3/filelist However, I think the problem may be your use of dpkg. The "-S" argument searches for a filename. So you're trying to find files named "python-eyed3"; note that the files you've missed simply used "eyeD3".
