Guys,

I've tried everything to get this thing working. I suspect the inbuilt drivers are suspect, as I had to change them with wheezy on the Pi.

I'm trying to run the supplied (with the dongle) install script, and this happens:

svxlink@G0FHM-L:/root/CF-WU710N/linux$ ./install.sh

If I run as root, the same thing happens.

I'm new to Debian, and so far I'm finding something that should be relatively simple very hard going! I'm on my 3rd day of this wireless adapter now - and I'm past the anger stage, now approaching the mental meltdown!

I've blacklisted the inbuilt driver already.

Any ideas?

I've tried to use a PCMCIA adapter with ndiswrapper, and it went even more pear shaped - So I'm back to the USB.
