I agree, I didn't remember that the "file owner issue" excepted for the find command typo, was related to password handling. Your find commands are smarter regarding to the "-xdev Don't descend directories on other filesystems" but the partitioning for FreeBSD is completely different to Linux, so there quasi isn't a difference between the command with and without this switch.
