This doesn't make sense.  Wheezy is Stable, so surely:

sh ./amd-catalyst-13.12-linux-x86.x86_64.run --buildpkg Debian/stable

assuming that line to be otherwise correct.

Yes, the error was that you needed "stable", certainly 
not "experimental"!
