Assumed Synaptic is installed, then

$ sudo synaptic

Settings > Repositories > Click a repository and to the section field
add "contrib"


Assume you prefer to use command line, then edit /etc/apt/sources.list.

An example:

deb    http://ftp.de.debian.org/debian/ wheezy     main contrib non-free
