Don't do this. Currently most of the needed services to run your Debian system are started via "legacy" LSB init scripts. If you remove them, your system will cease to function. Also the directories will be recreated once you install/upgrade a package which includes an init script. Right now it is far to early to try to remove anything SysV from your system.
