I receive the following message when trying to run Epiphany - "No running instance of xfce4-panel
was found".
However -
root@meow:/home/ethan/Desktop# /usr/bin/xfce4-panel
(xfce4-panel:9580): xfce4-panel-WARNING **: Failed to connect to the D-BUS session bus: Did not
receive a reply. Possible causes include: the remote application did not send a reply, the message
bus security policy blocked the reply, the reply timeout expired, or the network connection was broken.
xfce4-panel: There is already a running instance
