I want to try Chrome, in order to view mpeg-dash streams without Flash. I don't think there's a Debian package for it, given its origin ;) So, I've downloaded the amd64 .deb from the Google site, but can't find any instructions there on what to do next. My familiarity with the Debian package managers is sadly lacking,
