Couldn't find what package could be the problem. Can anyone confirm that webm/VP8 works in Iceweasel 31.2.0 in Jessie? I would file a bug report, but don't know what package. I tried downloading Firefox from mozilla.org and it behaves the same. Video looks like it is played fast forward. >From what I know, playing VP8 videos depends on libvpx1 package.
