Hi, What you're missing is the extra commands needed to add isohybrid options. I guess that wiki page is out of date. If you look in the file .disk/mkisofs on the original CD, you'll see the exact command that was used to make the original image, for reference in exactly this type of situation. You'll also need to use xorriso rather than genisoimage.
