I use Gnu screen to multiplex terminal sessions. There is a scroll back function, invoked by default keybinding Ctrl-a [ , then pressing SPACE to mark the beginning and the end of the region to copy to the paste buffer. Then paste with Ctrl-a ] either into another application, or after "cat > somefile.txt" or "cat | xsel -b" (copy to X11 paste buffer for paste by Ctrl-v). Terminate the input by Ctrl-d on a new line. cheers, -- Joel Roth -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-user-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe". Trouble?
