I assume by "DE", you mean Desktop Environment?

If so, does that include the Desktop Manager?

The default Desktop Manager is shown as being LDM, which I assume to
be the LXDE Desktop Manager, as it was installed with (I believe) the
LXDE interface, and had been running LXDE, until I found the GNOME
Classic interface option, in the login window, and I now log in using
the GNOME Classic interface, as it appears to be the closest available
interface, to the GNOME2 interface..
