My sources.list:

## Backports repository: deb http://http.debian.net/debian/ wheezy-backports main

# fusiondirectory repository deb http://repos.fusiondirectory.org/debian wheezy main

# fusiondirectory debian-extra repository deb http://repos.fusiondirectory.org/debian-extra wheezy main

Any ideas on how to fix this? Seems to me to be a problem with the security updates, but perhaps I've just missed something.

Probably: 'stable' now refers to jessie, not wheezy. So try changing the line:

deb http://security.debian.org/ stable/updates main

to:

deb http://security.debian.org/ wheezy/updates main

And my guess is that you should also remove the line:

deb http://http.debian.net/debian/ wheezy-updates main
