I am trying to diagnose why my USB mouse wont get powered up (DELL Optical mouse) after resume. It used to work just fine on wheezy (amd64). For reference, I am using a DELL Vostro 3750, jessie amd64 (uptodate). USB Mouse is using the USB 2.0 port (not one of the USB 3.0 port).
