Is there anything I can do to fix this? Or do I just have to wait until the packages I need are back to normal (that is installable).There are several very big libary and compiler transitions going on at the moment. You can upgrade upgradable packages by using only "apt upgrade" instead of "dist-upgrade", but other than that you just have to wait.
