To find out if this error is caused by the harddisk or by other components, I'd suggest moving the disk to a different computer. If the errors remain, your disk is failing. Otherwise, swap components one by one. A good next candidate would be the power supply unit. Also, check the mainboard capacitors for a bulged top or leakage. Regards, Mirko
