The equivalent of ControlPanel in Debian is the binary itweb-settings, which is provided by the package icedtea-netx (I know --- not exactly intuitive). If you click on 'JVM Settings' you can set the arguments there. By the way, does Java 6 still receive security support? I thought it had been discontinued. -- Liam
