Avoiding to mount /run/lock

Hello,

I want to avoid mounting /run/lock and I found there is an option in 
/etc/default/tmpfs.
I have set RAMLOCK=no but after reboot /run/lock is still a partition.
Do you have any hints on how to fix this?
