Yes, I'd agree in my case, what with 20 viewports/desktops/whatever they're currently called. But I do routinely run two browsers under different userids, so I wouldn't mind trying to run the second userid's on a separate xserver to see if it's faster (though cut and paste might be more complicated). But that will have to wait for my getting hold of a more powerful machine than I have at present. Cheers, David.
