Usually the suggestion on installing both Debian and Windows is to install Windows first, since it has a tendency to ignore other operating systems on the disk and overwriting the bootloader with its own, which is what I think has happened here. Try reinstalling the Debian bootloader as suggested in the other reply, see if that works. Grub is decent at detecting other operating systems and should avoid breaking boot.
