Just letting you know that Adobe FlashPlayer is a dead product, or it will be soon. Given what we've suffered from Adobe over the years, it won't come soon enough. I don't want ANY product from Adobe on any computer that I use. Fortunately the days of /really/ needing Adobe Flash Player, due to the saturation of websites requiring it are long gone. Anything you would have been able to play with the Adobe product will likely play within VLC. So.... do you really need it? Why?
