Echo on Realtek ALC662 soundcard

Thanks for your help.

I've looked into alsamixer and nothing I do there has fixed the echo I 
get on Debian buster with this card.

 0 [Intel          ]: HDA-Intel - HDA Intel
                      HDA Intel at 0xfdefc000 irq 28
I got the  Realtek ALC662 rev1   from Alsamixer
