The selected mode for data transfer is 1.5 - lowest possible, which might mean that you have old controller or cable issue or some kind of incompatibility. Old motherboard is also an option. As Roco said - Seagate have bad reputation. Nowday manufacturers do not test hardware with older boards/controllers - no one has the time to test extnsively, so it might be that it works on some and gives problems on other board.
