Intel RST driver -> SSD bug ?

Hi,

I have a problem with my laptop, it looks like a SSD bug : some parts in a  
file vanishes (a function in a perl program). I have an asus laptop which  
uses intel RST technology (Rapid Storage Technology), and I wonder if the  
problem can come from that.

Does someone have an unlucky experience with RST please ?
