That means drivers are only available for XP. Sony support does not have to answer any questions not releated to the software that came with the laptop, XP. I had to go to each chip makers web site and dl drivers , optomized for some other card/laptop in order to use it for other versions of Windows on my Sony. All not supported by Sony.
