A few days ago I noticed my debian unstable started to update packages automatically. A quick inspection showed apt was updated, and also the configuration files in /etc/apt/apt.conf.d, including a 20auto-upgrades file with all options enabled.
Because auto update in sid is at least dangerous, what is the right way to keep apt configuration between apt updates? Thank you
