I found a solution: Open terminal and type dconf-editor (if you don't have it installed it will automatically ask you if you want to install it) when it opens you should go /org/gnome/control-center , open last-panel scroll down and the custom value should be 'power' now you need to change it , you can type: wifi bluetooth display so it will open the value you entered! I hope this works for you.
p.s don't click on 'power' setting because it will crash settings and you need to do these steps again!!
