I'm not sure how you've missed them. If you look in /usr/share/doc/bibletime-data/ as suggested, apart from the obligatory changelogs and copyright, there appears to be only one path to follow and, remarkably, it's called bibletime: this contains the guide, the howtos and a licence. Looking at buster, I think they've corrected the docs location /usr/share/bibletime/docs/ to /usr/share/doc/bibletime-data/. As for your direct question, the usual place AIUI: /var/lib/apt/lists/. Or, more pedantically, whichever repository you've pointed APT at in your sources list. Of course, everything may be different in KS. Cheers, David.
