AFAICT there are no Optane devices.
According to https://www.dell.com/us/dfb/p/precision-3630-workstation/pd, the machine has Optane. I believe that's the pseudo-RAID you are seeing in the UEFI setup screen. Maybe you can see the physical drives using raid utilities. Jeff
