If I click that, I am taken to a page that says, among other things, Save 50% on Mozilla VPN* *with an annual subscription It looks like this is a non-free, commercial product, requiring a recurring monetary payment. Perhaps those ancient ia64 and risc ports came from a time when it was being offered as open source...?
