Debian source package is here
https://packages.debian.org/source/sid/nvidia-graphics-drivers-tesla-470

You could try building the Debian package from source,
but, the binaries in bookworm-backports & sid
have already been patched to build the kernel module with the Trixie kernel.

I'm running Testing as a rolling release, the 470 drivers are fine for me.
