Based on this message, it appears Donald is reporting two issues:
1) He tried to download something from a third-party web site and got
an error message. There's really nothing that Debian can do about
that.
2) He thinks there is a "hold on his username", whatever that is.
I don't know what error, if any, he is seeing that would lead him
to think this.
All we can do is wait for Donald to give us a clearer message.
