initramfs-tools postinst failure in sid

Hello everyone.
In Debian sid, aptitude full-upgrade leads to this error:

    Setting up initramfs-tools (0.150)…

Can anyone help me to understand what's going on and how I can fix it?
Also, how bad is the error for my system?

I understand the issue is that initramfs-tools.postinst couldn't run update-initramfs -u due to missing busybox. busybox is installed and was updated from 1:1.37.0-7 to 1:1.37.0-9 by the same command that raised the error.
