Here's what works with my Logitech Marble mouse USB on Knoppix loaded to hdd (testing/unstable): in /etc/X11/XF86Config-4 add the following line to the"ServerLayout" section InputDevice "USB Mouse" "CorePointer" Create this: Section "InputDevice" Identifier "USB Mouse" Driver "mouse" Option "Device" "/dev/input/mice" Option "SendCoreEvents" "true" Option "Protocol" "IMPS/2" Option "ZAxisMapping" "4 5" Option "Buttons" "5" Option "SendCoreEvents" "true" EndSection -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
