Thanks for spotting. As others have written this is out-of-date. In fact the whole page should just go, IMHO, so I've marked it for deletion.

That page was intended for developers, rather than users: if you have a user query, this list (debian-user) is appropriate. Otherwise the page <https://wiki.debian.org/BluetoothUser> is intended to be for users; I have not checked whether it is out-of-date or not.
