Why amdgpu ? You told about intel. One of your logs show something about radeon, perhaps you have some old config files left ? You should move away /etc/X11/xorg.conf and /etc/X11/xorg.conf.d/* and see if X could detect your cards. Also do you have needs_root_rights=no in /etc/X11/Xwrapper.config ?
