You could talk to the Scribus people. 30 seconds got me to: https://www.scribus.net/how-to-get-support-or-contact-the-team/ If they say they don't recognize it and don't think it's their bug, you could talk to whoever packages it for Debian. But upstream is usually a better first choice; in large software packages, most bugs aren't introduced by Debian. -dsr-
