I too have run into this---I was getting that error after uptimes anywhere
between a
a couple days and a week. No service impact (beyond the refusal to shutdown).
At first I was convinced it was a buggy VM host, and was considering using
watchdog
or something to force a reboot (but never got around to it, because:)
I've since moved to Linux kernel 6.18 (I'm backporting it myself), and the
problem has
surprisingly gone away. I would suggest trying a newer kernel and see if that
resolves
the issue, if possible. I'd also be curious to hear if that solves it for you
(or
if my hosting provider fixed their buggy VM without saying anything to me).
