Hi there,

I need some advice here. I want to create a system where 2 HDDs (80g,
13g) will be share as the storage among Debian(s) and windowz. This
shouldn't be a problem for export import in Debian, and samba will do
the rest for windowz. But is this the only solution? Is there any way
that I can use 1 software to provide share files for both at the same
time? Can samba sharedo shaaring for debian?

Another task is to provide 'home' folder for both Debians and windowz.
In Debian, is a replacement for 'home' folder and as for windowz, is
/bla/bla/bla/desktop. Again, what are my alternatives here?

I am planning to make 2 server (serv1 and serv2)

serv1 one will contains BIND (for local only), DHCP, LDAP and SAMBA as
PDC.

serv2 will act as Tomcat server and HTTPS, MAIL, and this is where all
the big harddrives for file share installed.

Thank you in advance for any advice and solution.
