Missing are the kdeartwork packages. When I do the same, I see
kdeartwork
kdeartwork-misc
kdeartwork-style
kdeartwork-theme-desktop
kdeartwork-theme-icon
kdeartwork-theme-window
which you don't have. I think some of those are metapackages that
actually get the others, but anyway.
