Hi all, Having done a little more investigating it appears that drivers.tgz file on CD 1 contains all of the files I require to update modconf and enable installation of the missing drivers.
drivers.tgz is the following location /dists/woody/main/disks-i386/3.0.23-2002-05-21 contains the most comprehensive list of driver modules Inside this file there appears to be a install.sh file which is run to install all of the drivers and associated modconf files Is my deduction correct ? Would I also be correct in thinking drivers from different kernel configurations / same kernel build level (i.e. 2.2.X) are compatible ?
