I think he has something of a point here. We have "Debian Free Software Guidelines", we don't have "Debian User Support Guidelines". Maybe we should? We have commitments of degree in the social contract for software freeness. The mention of users, in contexts other than software freedom, is far less extensive. The implication, to me, is that our "free software commitment" and our "user commitment" are meant to dovetail.
