I believe those values should be some of the first things we tell about us on our website. Something along the lines of "debian is a distribution ..., which is free the bottom up (both in its software and in its infrastructure) and which is completely do-ocratic and democratic". That is not exactly how I'd write it on a website, nor it is a specific call of the DPL. However, *proposing* something like this to the WWW team is something I intend to do, if elected.
