The only part I do not like in his proposal is about non-free. To me we should 
be more liberal there. Otherwise, it matches my definition of free software. 
The fact that it may be hard to find LLM matching this definition is, I agree, 
not a good thing. But should we give up on our free software definition because 
of that? IMO we should not.
